Widgets are cool extra features-things like weather forecasts, stock quotes, and search boxes-that add fun and functionality to your site.
You can use one or several or none at all. Each one does something different. The best way to learn about them is just to experiment.
You'll see the clock in your newscast. As with other item boxes, just click on "edit" in the edit bar to change its settings.
